Got mine from you last year and really enjoy the sound and flexibility they give me with my switch. Does my satisfactory purchase now qualify me for a Yellow Killer Bee & shroud package for $499 ? Let me know.

Hi Joe,

We do not have the Killer Bee in yellow, but certainly can do it in Black or Red with the Bee Hive for 499 delivered....

Went over to Phoenix last year and had BB put the fusions on for us. With 20k miles of road trip behind us I can tell ya it's mighty nice to have the ability to shut those flaps on the long stretches! Love our BB exhaust!!!

Are these straight pipes with the flaps open or are the pipes in the cans perforated like the stock system? How much louder is it compared to the stock system with the muffler mod?

They are not straight pipes with the flaps open, I have not seen inside the cans but assume it is probably very similar to the way the stock system is configured.

When the flaps are closed, sound is still deeper than stock when closed or open, but not too much. When open, sound is very deep and throaty. Does have some resonance at low RPM's, but not an issue when the engine is not lugging. I do not cruise down the highway with all the flaps open but do love to open them when zipping around town as I cannot get enough of that muscle car sound.

See ya,

Jim

I'm a big fan of the Adams Metal Polish...check it out here: http://www.southerncarparts.com/adam...h-1-p-206.html

Jim,

I see there is another page on your web site for apparently the same product (http://www.southerncarparts.com/corv...ion-p-613.html) with a price of 1,599.99 with shipping/handling of 26.90 for a total of 1,626.89. Which of course is a little cheaper than the price advertised here with free shipping for 1,629.00. It seems a bit misleading saying you include free shipping for that price when you can get the same thing including shipping for a cheaper price. Comments/explanation?

No real reason other than I had one person load all the Billy Boat Exhaust for all cars in one section and I did the Corvette ones separately. Good news is that it still comes out the same (within a couple bucks either way). Same system, so no worries there. Take your pick, we will honor either offering.

By the way, have 5 more systems coming in on Monday...

Thanks,

Jim

I guess my point is that you advertise free shipping but in reality the price of shipping is included in the price, so it really isn't free shipping. Still a good price though.

I paid full list and not regretting it for a second! The old school muscle car sound is great, and WOT is awesome! The best part about it is that 95% of the drone is eliminated with the valves closed!! I really need to post a video of how they look and sound but here is another members car who has the fusion on a ls3 and is a great representation on how they sound.

Is this a pretty straight forward installation; can it be done with ramps and a floor jack? Any cutting required?

No exhaust system can be easily done with ramps and a floor jack. You need to be able to get at least 4 feet of clearance between the rear of the car and the ground to pull the stock system out and out the new system in (not to mention changing the down pipes and X pipe). I would not ever recommend someone do this without a lift, although I know members here on the forum have done it.

Most muffler shops will charge you between 150 and 200 to install it. If you do not have lift or access to one, pay them to do it.

See ya,

Jim

I have Corsa Performance exhaust installed on my 08 Z with the Corsa X pipe. Will the fusion fit this application if I leave the X pipe installed?

Thanks
