In need an exact Z06 wheel diameter please.?
As stated above, I need the EXACT (well, almost) diameter of the front and rear Z06 wheels, and the width of the wheel arch would be welcome as well.
Hope someone can help me out!

Nobody has answered so I'll chime in. Not sure just what you're looking for. I assume you know that the fronts are 18" (dia.) x 9.5" (width), and the rears are 19" (dia.) x 12" (width). Are you looking for the overall diameter to the edge of the lip or inside at the bead? In either case these measurements would be the same as any 18" or 19" wheel on any other car, these measurements are standardized in the industry.
As far as "wheel arch" is concerned, are you referring to the Z06's fenders or do you mean some part of the wheel?

Oh, ok. Your green arrow indicates you are not looking for the wheel diameter, you want the tire diameter. The 275/35 18" front tire in your picture has a diameter of 25.6" (A rear 325/30 19" tire's diameter is 26.7").
Your red arrow indicates a vague area with no hard points to measure from, so it's impossible to quote an accurate measurement. You'll have to take a tape measure and find a Z06 to take some measurements from.

Nearly all tire diameter figures you'll get are calculated. Every manufacturer measures their tire differently or at least publishes them differently. One brand of 275/35/18 will NOT measure the same as another brand. Take a tape measure to a local tire shop and ask to measure some tires then compare your measurements to the published ones. They won't match.

It just so happen's, I've got a complete set of fully mounted/inflated OEM's in the basement. All squared up, the rear 325-19's measure 26.75" tall and 13.25" sidewall width. The front 275-18's measure 25.5" tall and 11.0" sidewall. Not sure what you're doing, but bettin' wheel offset could be an important factor. Forum vendor's such as Bob's House of Wheel's, carry aftermarket ZO-6 width wheels with different offset's to fit base model Vette's. He might be the guy you're wanting to talk with.
