Is the car capable of running 18lbs on 93 octane? Or does it need the 100 octane?

Will have to confirm with Doug but I do believe coolant was under 200 and IAT's floating about 20-30 over ambient at WOT.. We did not do any repetitive pulls though.. We will be logging IAT's when the car gets to the track. Logging them on the dyno is one thing, real world conditions is where it counts.

I would probably say no to that.. We didn't try it but you would have to pull out quite a bit of timing and I would say it would be down at least 50-70 rwhp..

Chris, you are measure manifold air temp right?

What I noticed with the ZR1 is that the MAT does not seem to increase alot during a WOT pull, BUT will increase after you slow down.

I did a 3rd gear pull on the highway and the MAT did not increase by more than 1 degree, but when I slowed down thats when it started to increase.

Well it's not our car to make that decision Ron, but if it wasn't my job to do the track passes, you would be on the list for top drivers.
