I believe thats what happens when you burn up a clutch and still try to do a burnout. Marc L.

Isn't this an example of the guy locking up the wheels with the footbrake/e-brake but still revving the motor?

Traction Control wouldn't bring you to a complete stop the car would still move forward.

Either way the guy is a moron, or this was done intentionally. You never know anymore.
