There are tourque settings listed for the pins from 23-30 pounds. I used anti-sieze and settled for 25 pounds.
Sometimes heat helps them come out. I also have found if I have one stuck that I try to loosen it when I come off the track with hot calipers, that usually works. If I have one that frequently loosens up, I'll tighten it when I come off the track.

Now I run one piece pads so don't mess with the pins.

I let pb blaster soak in for a day. I still had to heat the calipers. They only needed a bit of heat. I could still touch the caliper without burning my hand.
It worked for all the pins except for one. It just wouldn't budge. Even my mechanic had a crack at it. It's siezed and it aint coming out. It was one of the rear caliper pins on the inside.
