Default Dr. Gas X pipe???

Has anyone installed the Dr. Gas X Pipe on your Z06? If so, what are the benefits? Did it change the sound at all? What are your thoughts on this modification?

Thanks for any feedback,
PDQ

Just this alone will not do anything noticeable for a Z. Spend the $370. on the "muffler mod" if you want better sound.

I ordered this "X" pipe for my 2010 'Z' and the flanges did not fit!

Weighs a ton! When I had it on, I could not get the tailpipes to line up. Course, I am sure I am the only one who ever noticed it.

I went to the local muffler shop, and he made one while I was watching. Cost me 1 hour of time, and $92.01. If it sounds any different...I really can't tell. As far as performance goes....I think a X is better than a H. How much...I don't know.

Adapted the Magnaflow x pipe to my 08 with the muffler mod. Mellowed out the sound somewhat. Maybe picked up some throttle response. Have since changed to AR headers and Fusions.
