I went with the PC1200 after talking with the Odyssey techs. Its, somewhat smaller and lighter than OEM, the + and - terminals are on the correct side, and the battery tie down works fine with it. Odyssey offers metal jacketed versions (MJT) for most models but they're meant for harsh (engine bay) conditions. Their tech said plastic case is best for the Vette - and much lighter.
I put some dense foam (child's body board - floatation device - they'll get over it ) under the battery and around the sides to keep it from moving around because it is smaller than stock.
It's worked well in the year plus that I've had it, and I'd buy the same one again.
