Ease of access and the colored amber lens muffles the light too much.

Install is a breeze. 30 mins on avg!

You'll want someone around to help you with the reverse bulbs, so you can have someone verify they work before having to swap them around for polarity.
Post some pics when you get a chance, love to see your new look

Can you get hold of a different style of LED for the side markers? My markers are tinted black and they could stand some more light, but the way the little buggers are arranged with the LEDs on the bulb, plus being too long, the markers are dimmer with the LEDs than OEM.

Pictures will have to wait a bit. I have the car pretty much tore apart and up on jack stands. They interior lights definitely give it a nice look and feel though. I like them. The reverse lights are pretty cool too.

Some C6's came with the option, others didn't. If you don't have one, pass it along to a fellow vette friend !

I just ordered these myself The yellow just sucks the life out of the car at night!

Is it ok that the bulb touches the lense on the rear side markers??

Installed EVERYTHING....the boogers for me were the map lights. Everything else was simple. There's another way around the footwell lights, but it's a bit risky. Fortunately, nothing was damaged as I was METICULOUSLY CAREFUL with the install. The rear side marker lights are a bit long...

Overall, I'm VERY pleased with the results!

PM sent ref the rest of my order....

What's the deal with the lights being too long? Are you still satisfied with them? I'm looking into buying the kit, but just concerned about this issue. Thanks!!

They aren't too long. They fit fine. You just need to push them all of the way into the harness. He missed that during his installation

I would recommend the kit as the lighting is INCREDIBLE now! That said, since the LEDs don't put out much heat at all, I'm not too concerned with the fitment. The LED lights do still fits inside the rear side markers, but they make DIRECT CONTACT with the inside of the lens....

None of the other lights were a problem, EXCEPT for those two rear side markers. They are pressed ALL THE WAY IN, and yet still make contact with the inside of the lens. I don't feel like I missed anything....
