You like to post this incorrect information all over the place for some reason. As I told you before, it has been proven by independent engine dyno tests that the LS9 is not overrated. Further more with the new oversight for SAE cerifcation it is much more difficult to over or under rate and engine.

Default Corvette tuner in Tampa
On a mustang dyno, My 2010 ZR1 with about 4000 miles on it put down 520 RWHP. The only modification was a K&N air filter.
