I get it... I know the difference.(hence my title, 60 roll) The RR events are advertised as a 1/2 mi event... not a roll race or 1600ft race... EVERYONE knows it is not a standing half mile... That's my point.

So this has probably already been mentioned, and apologize if it has, but the top times on this list (Stock with stock tires) beat the C7 Z06 Manual and are very, very close to the A8. Pretty damn impressive straight line performance for a last gen car!

Well it's lighter and more aerodynamic and probably softer suspension too..

No, that's 710 at the crank. Your package makes a bit more power than mine (750 v. 710 - both are at the crank). Mine is a pretty mild upgrade over stock.
So yours should run a bit faster all else being equal (i.e. weather, wind, etc).
