If a piece has to go into a wheel well (bend) add approx, 15-20 more seconds. All the pieces for all the kits take about the same time, maybe less in some cases.
So to answer your question, the Cleartastic Plus is as easy to apply as the regular Cleartastic . However if you had a problem with this (Click link/Has sound), http://www.cleartastic.com/Application.mpg
I suggest you not purchase these kits either .
If you had any other problem at that that time (what wax to use, air bubble..etc) You could have called or emailed in. We could have helped you.
