If you have a big cam, sometimes tuners turn off this code as a lopey idle can sometimes set the code.

That looks like the problm rt there.I'll bet there is more than 1 wire that is doing that.

Glad you figured it out! I had a hunch it would be something like that. Definately look at all the other wires carefully too.

No other wires come close to the header. This one was literally resting on the header tube.
