It think its like some kind of vinyl heat transfer. That one you cant get anymore but they have some different ones you can still get.

I found mine online a few years back. Haven't seen onc since. I probably got one of the last ones.
It's not sewn, it's more like a decal or vinyl like shane p mentioned. I think it gives the car a nice touch.
