I bought my car with 13K miles on it and its brake pads were about 70%. Took it to its first track day and figured the stock pads would make it through two days of abuse. Had to borrow a used set of HP+ pads from somebody to get through the second day. After that I bought some used stock pads off the forum for the street and they have been going strong for two years.
