Question Regarding Clutch
As mentioned I traded in my 2011 GS for a 2011 ZR1 with 750 miles.
I notice that the clutch on the ZR1 disengages at a much lower point in its travel as compared to the GS. For example the GS clutch would disengage almost immediately once depressed.
The ZR1 clutch requires almost being depressed halfway down before disengaging. I hope I have explained this clearly.
Is this normal or do I have a problem?
Thanks
Adam

I drive both GS and ZR1. There are differences. Even amount different Corvettes of same model. The biggest difference between the two you mentioned, the GS clutch has a wear adjuster built into the pressure plate assembly. The ZR1 dual disc does not. This can affect the disengage point at the pedal. As long as the clutch fully disengages when the pedal is depressed I believe you are fine.
