If you start out a pull at say 210, and row the gears, its getting hot?

We can do about 3 laps at the local track here in 106* air temp, 135-140* asphalt temp, and it rises about 10*-12* per lap. Thats 700 rwhp with good shrouding, and a relocated heat exchanger.
i live in Miami. Turning the a/c off is not a option.

Is there a upgrade for the fans.

Yes, if it 200 and row the gears it going to jump 20+

Post a picture of the rad shroud. You have the super chiller, which is adding alot of heat load to the system. Its putting a lot of temp into the condenser, which takes away the available heat that the rad can shed.

As for the fans, I do not know of an upgrade.

I would not worry about the car until its over 235/240*. We have done extended durability testing at 245-250* with no issues other than power loss due to timing being pulled.

Yea I didnt think that the chiller would add heat load.

My main thing is trying to keep everything cool enough that the car will not pull timing and get hp lost.

Can't remember the vendor, but someone here on the forum was offering a dual fan upgrade. Wasn't plug and play as I recall. You had to splice the power wires, I believe.

I think it was Ragin Racing but i don't think it will fit with my LG rad.
It was a dual fan & rad setup. I went with LG because LG was proven with there ZR1.

I think I even asked LG if the fans would fit there rad.

800+rwhp is not easy to keep cool, but it seems like your temps are well within the safe zone. Good luck with finding a better solution than the cooling you already have on your car! Keep us updated.

are your headers thermal coated? If not i know that will help with the heat.

No there not. I didn't do them because I wanted the car back soon but now I am going to get them done. Another option im thinking about is the heat extractor window that LG & whatcop added to there ZR1.
