::NEW:: Ambient lighting -- Cupholders (Feeler)
I've been working on doing ambient lighting in the cup holders and plan to tie it all in with foot wells as well. These won't replace your lights but will be something you can have while driving and for show purposes. The current set up I'm planning on having is a way to have it hooked up to a battery and/or fuse panel. This will alow folks that don't drive it as much or want to leave it on during shows to leave it on battery power and if you don't wish to purchas a batter every so often you can plug into your Fuse panel.
This is currently a feeler and everyone that I've shown has wanted one so I'm just checking on forum to see. Also, The current plan is to replace cup holder with one I've predone but the set up will work with your current cup holder as well.
Here are a couple pictures of what I've gotten so far.

yeah I get bored easy... Funny thing is there is an actual story behind it. We bought the wife a new Ford Explorer last year and the only thing she wanted was light up cup holders, didn't give 2 craps about hp fuel economy etc... just wanted ambient lighting and cup holders. Well we settled on a midgrade model and I had the Ambient lighting kit put in afterwards (cause she had to have the light up cup holders.)

Sounds like you had better get busy making these things Andrew. You're probably not getting any sleep with the new baby anyway
