We had it on the dyno today, boost stays flat at 11psi which isn't correct for this setup and peak numbers because of this are 635whp/640wtq. We got caught up with other customer work after a handful of runs early this morning. Boost should be 15-17psi with this pulley setup. No belt slip, no issues with boost control opening the bypass valve. Going to look into the bypass valve mechanical setup tomorrow.
Not every project is straight forward and we're honest about it! This is why we try new stuff on our own vehicles.

yes, I agree the vette sounds better than the 1906 Rumely tractor. But we saw the Rumely Move. It was able to Back up. We have not seen the SC-800 Move. We have only seen it Sit and idle.
Shortly after the introduction of the Rumely in 1906 they were able to figure out the bypass valve mechnical setup and it was configured for optimal torque.
All kidding aside we are waiting for a video of this Zr1 on the move.

Finally got some video and prealiminary dyno numbers. We switched to a 2.38 pulley, now making 17psi peak, dropping to 15psi at 6500. We are very limited with timing as our winter fuel blends up here are terrible for making higher numbers and we are at 4000' ASL so boost is also down. We don't want to run race gas or deal with methanol as this is a street car.
I'm happy with it for now, see what happens in the spring with better fuel, like to see 680-700whp.

Do putting mods on like this severely reduce the life of the vehicle? I have been looking at Hennessy and Lingenfelter and although I know it's not healthy for longevity I'm wondering if boosting a ZR1 with a 750hp kit as a daily driver will cut it's life in half

^^No it will no0t if anything it will enhance the longevity in my opinion. If you track the car daily yeah somethings may break but these motors are pretty stout.

We haven't driven the car on the street yet, still winter driving up here with lots of sand/gravel crap on the roads, plus it's at our local auto and truck show for the week.
We are concerned with how it drives, power delivery and reliability. Sports cars up here have a long life as we can't drive them more than a solid 6 months tops.

Update on this car...we sold it and the new owner took it before we finished peak power tweaking. We got it back just recently to finish off tuning.
