Default Letter of authenticity

I have a Will Cooksley #212 and seller didn't have it and want to track one down. Any ideas on where? Have all build sheets and window sticker from Corvette Museum but having trouble with the letter.
Thanks in advance.

Try calling GM customer service or perhaps the Corvette Museum? If you have a title with the VIN on it (or other documentation), it should be easy enough to get one.

At the least, any area dealer with a decent Corvette inventory might have a few phone numbers to try for when they come across such vehicles?

ETA - and for ****'s sake, post pics.

They only issued one, one time only. Wil Cooksey retired status.

Random84, Thanks and will keep digging. ETA? Have had car for year and in storage with only 3153 miles on it.

tim414, I think your comment is correct. Not a big deal for me but some folks it is.

Thanks fellas

Doesn't he work for the Museum now? According to this link below he still sits on the board. I would start there....see if you can get an e-mail for him or even get him on the phone. It will take some work, but I will bet you can get one!

OP

Give the Corvette Museum a call. I bought a new 08 Pace Car and the Letter of Authenticity was lost in the mail and I never received it. I was able to get a number for the company that made the letters and they were able to send me a new one. I believe that I got that number from the Corvette Museum.

Default Letter of Authenticity

Does anyone have a picture of theirs? I had one sent in the mail the other day from GM customer service, but it looks like someone just typed it up in customer service.
