Jason the car looks great

Just two quick questions, normally you state there is very little to gain from porting the LS7 heads, around 5hp, have you found better gains maybe with the torquer cam? Im asking because I have your torquer cam and pulling my heads in the next few weeks and I decided not to port based on your past reviews, just curious if anything has changed in your research.

Also which exhaust valves did you guys end up using in this build?

Thanks again for your input, it is as always greatly appreciated on here.

Thanks

We never A-B tested heads only. The way we tested it was from our Stage 1 to Stage 2 which includes a FAST manifold. It's all part of the package that we're trying to squeeze every last bit out of. True, porting already-ported LS7 heads does not show gains like you used to see when porting as-cast LS1 heads, but when you're trying to get every last bit out of it you do what you can.

The exhaust valves are stock LS7.

My favorite Katech Z. Can you elaborate on the suspension adjustments (being too low)? Was the ride height affecting handling negatively, rubbing issues, etc.?

Rubbing in the front when braking from 160 and turning at the end of the straight at VIR.
