Default WCCH Heads Ready for Install

We have a few sets of WCCH LS7 Cylinder Heads that have been upgraded to correct the dreaded valve guide issues. We have replaced several sets of stock heads and several of them were close to dropping a valve. If you are in the market for piece of mind, WCCH has you covered. The WCCH LS7 Heads include:

Stock LS7 Castings
Stage 2 CNC Porting
Competition Valve Job
Stock Titanium Valves (Coated and Tumble Polished)
Hot Tank and Blasting
Bronze Valve Guides
Stainless Steel Exhaust Valves
Platinum Dual Valve Spring Kit

We install these in house and all installed packages include full dyno tuning. We have found on several occasions the stock lifters are scratching and a great time to replace them. This is also a great time to add a cam and complete the package.

This is what we offer:

*WCCH LS7 Heads
*Katech 110 or 116 Torquer Camshaft
*Full Gasket Kit (Head Gaskets, Timing Cover Gasket, Front Crank Seal, Water Pump Gaskets, Exhaust Manifold Gaskets and Balancer Bolt).
*GM LS7 Lifters
*C5R Timing Chain
*Comp Cams Trunion Upgrade
*Mobil 1 0W-40 Engine Oil and DexCool Coolant
*K&N Oil Filter
*Autolite Iridium Spark Plugs
*ARP LS7 Head Bolts
*Vmax Spiral Ported Throttlebody
*Professional Installation
*Reckart Performance Custom Dyno Tuning
*Core Charge for Titanium Intake Valves (Refunded if WCCH deems stock valves are acceptable).

$5,699 sales tax included

I had this done at RPT in December. I'm very happy with the results and the peace of mind. I highly recommend RPT to anyone considering this. I'm now putting down 530 RWHP and 474 TQ through the stock NPP exhaust.

With the exhaust in quiet mode, it sounds almost stock.

I am looking to leave my car stock, so how much would it be to just purchase the LS7 heads as you posted above that have the WCCH work done? Would you even do that, or do you have to do the whole package you listed? I would have them installed locally here since TX is a tad of a hike for me

This is a pretty good deal because they have the heads in stock. Anyone considering sending their heads to WCCH should know about the downtime associated with that now... we sent my heads to WCCH Dec 11 and they are still there. You can be looking at 2 months of downtime, just a heads up.

See my dyno sheet below. The graph on the left indicates TQ. The one on the right equals RWHP. the delta is the gain. I picked up over 52 TQ and 80 RWHP from stock baseline run. That's with stock NPP exhaust.

I have the torquer 110 now with 525/505 and I am doing the heads next month. I am hoping for another 30-40.

Great price for this package! I'm getting similar work done along at my local shop and this price is very competitive.

Lack of downtime is a big bonus too.

Kudos to RPT for putting together a competitive package.

Hello Brian,
Thanks for posting this offer, a couple of questions. Is your shop interested in additional heads? I might have an extra set and if i were to do my car, I could bring them. Also, what does this pkg do the car's characteristics? I see a change in oil, what about gas? Also, does the pkg come with a warranty?

Thanks

That is an INCREDIBLE price for the upgraded heads, cam, installed, dyno tuned, out the door, etc. Wish you guys were located closer to Chicago for when I am ready to pull the trigger in a year or two (after my warranty expires).
