Default LG long tube headers vibration

I installed new LG long tubes headers with cats and X pipe in my 2010 ZO6, now the passenger header is vibrating agains the frame. I looked and everything looks ok and tied. The driver side don't touch anywhere. By the way the installation was done by a high performance shop and they dyno it after they finished. Need help, thanks.

I had all sorts of problems with mine... the order you tighten the bolts seems to matter. I know that doesn't really help since a shop did it, but i'd bring it back to them and ask them to refit it.

took my 3 times with my kooks before things fit decently.

With the motor hot, place a tire iron between the header and the frame. Give it a gentle pry. You'll get your 1/8" and will be fine.

If you cannot get the added clearance by having the shop check the bolts, then a little dent in the offending primary is the best solution.
