2008 Corvette Z06 H/C
We had a customer come to us from Houston with an immaculate 2008 Corvette Z06. It was my favorite color, Atomic Orange.
This build was another WCCH Head Install on the LS7. Since we were already in there, the package consisted of:
WCCH Heads and Camshaft
Halltech MF103 AIS
Kooks Longtube Headers
Kooks X-Pipe with Cats
VMax Spiral Ported Throttle Body
Katech C5R Timing Chain
Comp Cams Trunion Upgrade
Mobil1 0W-40 Oil
AC Delco 41-104 Spark Plugs
Needless to say, the Z06 runs so much better and is very reliable. Big cams are not always the answer and the smaller ones are a lot more fun
The rest of the photo album can be found HERE

That's a great looking combo (Atomic Orange/Linen 3LZ interior) with fantastic numbers - that should be an absolute riot for one lucky guy.
Color me jealous.

Car ran great! Austin to San Antonio and back to Houston. Highway, backroads and in traffic the car was flawless. With the exhuast closed you would think it was stock...except for the extra 100+ rwhp and no worries of dropped valves. With the exhuast open......
116 was the perfect choice for cam!
Thanks again for everything!

Did you stick with the stock exhaust valves or go solid stainless?

Yes, you are number 200.
If I were to give you a prize for that, some of these people in here would have a $#@* fit, and blow a gasket.
So the end result would be that while you won't be dropping a valve, about 4 or 5 other folks in here would end up blowing a gasket.
So the reassurance that your car is now rock solid, will have to suffice.
I hope you understand.
