Took da Z out for a nice memorial day cruise on PCH, messed around with a turbo GT2 porsche and even saw the orange supra from the original fast n furious movie no joke running with a yellow lambo, wanted to run both of them but they were always on opposite sides of PCH....It was a good day but tonight my airbag light with the picture of a person in a seat with a big balloon popped out tonight....WTF?! Anybody else have this happen to them? LOL

HAHA! Thanks man, I boned out today and the back of the seat shifted back! I adjusted it forward some more so maybe it tweaked the cable? I'll play with it and see if it turns off again. Thanks for the input man

Sometimes the adaptor plug becomes a little loose under the drivers seat.

Apparently this is a common happening. I asked a "Corvette tech" last time I has my car at the dealer- he said, yes- common to GM in general Corvettes more so. He said he doesn't even try to trouble shoot them- accounting for the obvious - he just replaces the wiring harness- he said in the end it is cheaper than to put a lot of time into diagnostics.

Whatever- mine does it occasionally and I move the seat a bit and the light goes off.

Annoying fer sure!

I used to get the airbag and active handling light go off once a month until I disabled the easy entry feature on the power seat.

I just bounce around in the seat, usually will shut it off, you could probably just reach under the seat and tug the wires.
