Default Who is running Katech single beehive springs with solid SS valves?

I have a torquer cam and single beehive springs (PSI-LS1511). Rich at WCCH mentioned I could run these springs with titanium retainers even if I swap out my stock exhaust valves for a set of REV 98g SS ex. valves. Anyone else running this combo springs/valves instead of dual springs? Any downsides to doing this?

Apparently yours isn't the only case where Richard has either said that these valve springs can be used, or outright installed them, into a set of heads with SS valves in them.

That's another one which is liable to end up getting a big "X" written across it by Katech.

They already did a test described here with what is referred to as the "HR1027" cam, whatever that is.

Whatever that "HR1027" cam is, stock or one of their Torquers, the setup using it and the PSI-LS 1511 still "failed".
