Some months ago, I asked Pat if he could work his magic on an instrument cluster surround for me, with a twist. I'm not sure how often he get these requests, but I wanted him to have the pods leather wrapped. He agreed to look into it and got back to me with a "go".

He did his part, and sent it out for the leather treatment per my specs. It took a couple of months to finally arrive, but I'm thoroughly pleased with the result. Forgive the dust and particles in the pics.









I think it does the interior justice, along with the other bits I got from him previously. Props to Pat and his leather guy!

So did he match it all to the factory center console cover? Looks great!

Matches perfectly with the other 08' pattern stuff. Leather/stitching is good to go too.

Cost was very reasonable, given what some other vendors would charge (x3) for the same "real" CF laminate part.

I forgot to add, a cool side effect was the gloss black on the area around the face of the instruments. It reflects a bit of light from the gauges, not distracting AT ALL, but looks really cool at night.
