I have two of the Rotary Revolutions lifts. Liked the first one so much I bought another one. Vette fits with room to spare.

Just worked on a buddies F-250 Dually and it fit, so your "little" Vette is no issue.

Word of advice (take it or leave it) - don't skimp on a "cheap" lift. Rotary or Bend Pak are the only ones I would personally trust my life with. Realize that is what you are doing - trusting your life to a piece of equipment. The bit of extra money to get a quality lift will be forgotten soon after, but the benefits of a good unit will last long after the extra cost is forgotten. Go into any professional auto shop and look what they have. Rotary or Bend Pak.

When I bought mine I compared many brands. Interestingly, there were lots with the same exact dimensions, yet the weight of the Rotary was almost double. Hmmm… think about it.

Also, go 220 volt rather than 110. You'll be glad you did.

I've got the Bend-Pak HD-9W with a rolling bridge jack. Love the lift, Z06 fits nicely and so does my F-150.

I looked at several lifts at SEMA before I purchased, and other than a Rotary ($$$), I would not buy any of the other lifts that I looked at.

Here it is with my buddies SSR on it.

What is the model name/number of the eagle lift?

Mine is a GLO7000, it appears my posts are a little bit higher than those pictured. It also has a steel crossmember that goes between ramps that you can put a jack on to lift/hold parts while being worked on, and has wheels for each post that allow you to push the lift around with the car on it "if" you have the space. (obviously this will not work in a two car garage.) I have not bolted it to the floor and have had no issues with movement. Good Luck, Jeff

I just picked up a used Bend-pak HD-12SS (12k lb, space-saver, hidden hydraulics) lift this weekend but, I'll have to wait until spring to set it up. It used to belong to a relative so I am quite familiar with it and know it works very well with Vettes. One ramp is adjustable to handle different widths.

Because of the higher capacity, the ramps are taller so, combined with an angled driveway approach, I'll have to make some new approach ramps to make sure nothing scrapes. I'll also be adding a rolling bridge jack for the wheels-off work.

The Stinger Lift is pricy. The Corvette Museum uses this lift, and they offer it with a discount to NCM members.

One other thing good i got out of the lift experience was finding the liftmaster 3800pld. I cant believe how good it works. It almost makes up for my backbreaking long approach ramps on my bend pac.

I will be getting a liftmaster 3800 as well. I think due to my garage size (28' deep x 23 wide x 11' tall) I am going to leave the garage door track rails where they are, I don't think they will be an interference issue. The lift columns should fit under the rails and I will line up the lift with the garage door. Going to see, pretty sure I will have enough garage depth to put the lift past the garage door when in the open position.

28 deep makes it easier, but so does door/track height, getting my opener out of the middle was important too.

Called Greg Smith Equipment and they were helpful and the salesperson was steering me towards the Atlas Garage Pro 9000 after I told him the width of the Grand Sport and it would eliminate any side to side issues. Would be sweet if they had a wide version of the 8000 since I don't need the length or weight capacity of the 9k. $600 more to go from the Pro 8000 to the 9000. Guess in 5-10 years when I get a truck I will have a lift I can put it on as well.

Don't expect too much from a 11"ceiling. My silverado fits but doesn't go high enough to comfortlably work under.

My buddy has had the Voyager from American Custom Lifts and it works well. I plan to order one once our house is completed.
