Help with Z06 value......
I'm looking at an '08 silver Z06 with 16k miles on it here in Mass. Not really thrilled with the color, but what should I be paying for this car ?
Thanks all

Also, is this a loaded one or not ? I see it does have NAV.
And does silver hurt it ?
Thanks

As intake, headers, and exhaust. So will be loud/fast. Buying a modded car can be seen as a good or bad thing depending on who owned the car previously, and how interested you are in having a loud car.

I agree^^
If youre not too thrilled with the color then why even buy it? I personally wouldnt get it if it wasnt the color I wanted. I waited 2 years til I got my LeMans Blue Z.
Comes with aftermarket exhaust (axlebacks),from the looks of it Corsa. Aftermarket CAI, and tinted tails. I would offer 43 out the door. You know whoever puts performance mods on the vette definitely drives it like they stole it.

Don't buy it if it isn't your color, even if its a great deal, which this isn't. Lots of low mile 07s and 08s out there with an under 45k asking price in any color you like. Nothing wrong with silver, its popular for a reason, but get the color that makes you fell good every time you look at it. Good hunting,

I just paid 43k for my 2008 Z06 with 20,000 miles, it's a machine silver color as well. Dealer was asking 46k, salesman told me they took it in on trade for 42k, so I felt it was a fair deal.

Check MA inspection, headers is pretty much an automatic failure depending on who is conducting the tests.......if the inspector is on top of things that is a "R" rejection.
If the dealership does not have the original OEM headers and cats, use that to deduct from the value based on replacement part costs from GM........
It's also HIGHLY likely the car is running an aftermarket tune otherwise would be throwing codes.....a tune is also against MA inspection rules and grounds for a failure.

I'd make sure it's a for real 3LZ interior, the one photo showing the Corvette Logo on the glove compartment does not look stitched like my 3LZ.....

The mods on the car only add value to someone that wants them otherwise they're most certainly a minus on the value.
Again, as others have said, if you're not thrilled with the color then move on. There's is, and will, be plenty of Z's out there.
