5400 views, maybe not lack of interest but lack of comments because it speaks for itself.

This information is invaluable. Now i can buy back into a c6z06 without the fear of failure and the unknown. I was considering a c7 or even c5z06 before this.

I guess I may have just missed it but I didn't see any pricing info for the Moldstar90 guides. Are they an additional charge, if so how much more?

The Moldstar90 is a top tier premium valve guide. We charge an additional $500 to upgrade to the Moldstar90 guides.

No worries about galling the valves, even know Moldstar90 is hard and gets harder with age it does not gall or cause any excessive wear of the valves. In other words Moldstar90 works perfectly with both the factory ti intake valves and both the OEM exhaust and Ferrea exhaust valves.

Moldstar90 is an amazing material. I will post up some pics later on.

Hey AH,
I have an 09 Z 10,000 miles. Looking to skip the wiggle and just get your heads. I Autocross the car with mild beatings on off weekends. Not a DD. We are SSR for now with only suspention mods. Do you or any member have any sugestions on what setup i would benefit from. I think the port and polish will take us to SSP but not sure. I hate bouncing off limiter and thinking about those guides.
PS, Do you still honor Car Care One card?

Im pretty sure SSP only allows you to port 1" from opening on the intake manifold. Porting the heads might bump you to SSM. Id rather lose in SSM then lose a valve

Not to be that guy, but when re-using your stock heads, how would anyone ever know they were worked?

You know you can skip the porting and just have Kohle do the rest, which wouldn't change your power output.

Autocrossing really would show no benefit from such a minor HP increase from a full port job. I agree with TRScobra, just R&R the heads and leave to ports alone as porting has NOTHING to do with reliability. Kohle has the magic you need.
