345/30ZR20 Michelin Pilot Super sports
Does anyone know if 345/30ZR20 Michelin Pilot Super sport tires will fit on the rear of a C6 Z06. I just asked Tire Rack, and they told me they were not recommended and could not guarantee fitment.

All depends on how low you are. Kicker is 345/30-20s are almost 1.5 inch taller than stock 325/30-19s. Thats even before asking for your wheel spec, if its closer to the fenders already, might even touch. Take some pictures and measurements of how much clearance you have.

I read that several other c6z guys and even grand sport guys ran these. I ordered these today, from what I heard they are supposed to fit. I hope what I read is right. In for more replies

They have been reported to fit and you can drive on them, just don't expect to drive aggressively unless you remove the plastic fender liner.

Gradually lowering the car to see when rubbing will occur.
These tyres are about an inch in diameter larger than stock, which basically gives half inch extra rubber to the top part of the tyre in the wheel well, similar to lowering car half inch on stock tyres.
So far my car is half inch lowered with these tyres, effectively the same as lowering the car an inch stock, but keeping an extra half inch ground clearance and filling the wheel wells out more…..
Lowering the car another half inch soon to see….

They are 28.1" dia vs stock 26.7" thus 1.4" taller than stock.
On a road course my Nitto NT-05 335/30-19's, which were 27.2" tall rubbed the inner plastic liner with the innermost 1" of tread at stock ride height with Bilstein Sport shocks. It was not enough to damage the tire or liner, but much more height (or lowering of the suspension) and it would have. No problems in normal street driving though.
I'm interested in the performance of the tire, not how it looks.

They fit, but, you need to keep the tire stagger close or you'll get codes. If you drive very aggressively in corners, It may clearance your inner fender wells just a bit. Nothing to worry about. the stagger is the biggest thing. I didn't have any problems with my setup which was 285 in front and 345 in rear.
