Took delivery last Friday. I'm super impressed overall. This is my dream car and to own it feels special. It has some quirks but I'm hoping I can iron them out. On Monday it goes to MTI here in Atlanta for an entire heads/cam/exhaust package.

Welcome to Corvette forum and to the Z07 club. These are special cars that tend to get overlooked IMO, due to not having the Carbon badging/interior bits, etc.

Thanks for welcome guys! Dropped the car off at MTI Racing for a complete heads and cam package this morning, hopefully I get the car back soon and the money spent with them was worth it.

Mobil 1 0W40 FS Euro Spec Oil
Just wanted to share some info on the excellent quality of Mobil 1 0W40 FS Euro Spec oil sold at Walmart for $23/5 gallon jug. The latest version of the 540 oil blog, see Mobil 1 thread in the C6 ZR1/Z06 section. This oil is one of the top five oils and is rated by the tester as the best HP oil. Make sure the container has the FS designation on it, it’s on the front label and very small. So for under $50 you have 10qts of an extremely good oil for our LS7’s. I have been using this oil for about 2 years now, this will be my third year.

Finally got my car back from MTI Racing. Drives well so far and sounds amazing! I haven't taken it up to 7k rpm yet, but the car feels like an animal. Do you guys think modding a Z07 takes away from its value? I don't know if I will ever sell this car, since it's been something I've wanted all my life, but it would be nice to know if this car will be a future classic like the 'Vettes that fetch over $100k at Barrett-Jackson.
