Well you did have some good teaching in person and via internet.

I can vividly remember my first pass in my C5Z. It was a 13.277. I progressively worked into the mid to upper 12s. I believed I had a slow Z until I realized it was me. Ranger and Robz were instrumental in my success. I owe them both a debt of gratitude.
Umm, at the time when you were still wet behind the ears I gave you some tips there too in that yellow C5Z.

Yes Ronnie, I should have included you. Good call out.

And likewise I've hooked you up with a set of correct tires to run those amazing times.

All kidding aside, I greatly appreciate your assistance those many years ago. Who knows, I may still only be running mid 12s. Thank you.

Not much. Rob went 9.69 on Thursday in 70*+ weather just before it rained.

Hey Mr.#3, slow down there. You're going to hurt yourself. You need to get past #2 first before you get a shot at the title.
Mr.#1- I respectfully request that you get control of your teammate.

Joe, that's right, he did start this.
And I am remiss for not paying homage to the champ in question.
Seb- I'm sorry that I forgot. Congrats on your 4 year anniversary.

Thanks guys I really wanted to listen so that you didn't waste all that time. I know Joe worked some late nights analyzing my initial data runs to further tune my skills while better understanding my shortcomings. Seb has worked countless hours tuning my car and helping me find the right techniques for my car to match my driving style, along with multiple 1 on 1 sessions which required him to travel over 5hrs to do so.

All jokes aside, this forum is a great place to get advice, make some great friends, and push each other to our very best with some healthy competition. This smack talk proves that we can all take some and give some and that we are all great sports.....great gang of guys that share the same love and passion about vettes and drag racing. Seb, Rob, Gary, Joe, Bruce, are what an all star team of vette racers would look if there ever was one and I'm happy and humbled to be accepted as one of the gang. We really need to all get together at some point. This year as you know MIR is out for me, But I promise I will make it happen and dragging Seb with me lol....Pizza is on me mark my words

Get this straight.... you yankees are dealing with Quebec Canadians... thats a whole other country!!! lol... No Ontario, Maritimes, or entire Western Canada (where myself) and hundreds of others from CF are.

Don't make us bring the best looking Prime Minister/President in the World that gets sworn in tomorrow in morning in Ottawa to the race.

I was in Quebec a couple of weeks before they were voting to secede from Canada in 1995... not a friendly place for a Yank in those days!
