Default Headers install help please!

I am installing Hinson headers with off road x pipe. Headers are in, but I can't seem to get the x pipe over the headers. Any suggestions? Or has anyone had the same issue? The connection is incredibly tight almost identical size "yes it's correct size" and I have tried lubricating still nothing. Any input would really be helpful.

Harbor freight has a cheap exhaust pipe expander tool. That could do the trick of slightly enlarging one of the pipes to allow them to slip over one another....

Expand the pipe with a pipe expander that's what I had to do to get the X pipe on. The diameter of the right side X pipe connection to the header was the same as the header collector on that side.

Expanding it a little bit allowed it to go on. Not a biggie manufacturer tolerances just don't go crazy expanding it a little bit and it will go on.

Thanks, I was able to get it on after expanding just a little bit. I am tightening the clamps now. Just trying to figure how to get the tail pipes in, they seem out of reach they are pushed as far forward as I can get them.
