I WISH. That's not my car. Just a guy on my Facebook. His buddy is selling his bone stock one but same color...

Ron's my dentist...he uses sharp needles so you don't feel the pain.

Nice ride...black...that was the color of your first Z, right? I thought you learned your lesson.

I will need to swing by to sit in that bad boy. I know when I bought my 2003 Z06 I first went to test a Viper out...of course, all they would do was let me sit in one and even at that I had to beg...lol. It was an impossible fit and I moved on. When I sat in the Z I felt it was very comfortable so that was that.

I'm a little bigger than you so I'm not sure how much more room they've added to the cabin...but I'm willing to find out.

I felt the same way!
I'll say this...If I put the seat all the way back, I have to move the pedals closer to me (they're adjustable)!

Nuff' said.

That ACR is in a different league - categorized as "race only" IMO.

From my understanding, comparing the base Viper to the ACR is like comparing an LS2-powered C6 to a ZR-1... if I ever went to Dodge, it'd have to be that ACR. Nice Car!

Same engine in all models including the ACR so your comparison is off in that sense, in fact because of the aero on the ACR its top speed is ~ 177 where the base car is ~200... The ACRs aero ,suspension, make it the best TRACK weapon, bang for the buck car, in the universe!

I was referring to tracking the car, as I believe the Viper was meant to do - Not really comparing the straight line speed per say. You can put a blower on an LS2 and beat a ZR-1 in a straight line but still get it handed to you on a race track.

I just remember a comparison test between the ACR vs. C7Z06 and there really wasn't a comparison, lol. In one lap on an average length track the ACR was 3 seconds faster than the Z...

At 177, it produces nearly 2000lbs of down force. Anyways, my understanding is that Dodge really improved on the previous generation in both the GTS and the ACR. If there ever was a Viper that lived up to it's name without needing to mod it substantially, it's this one.
