So, I just swapped out these straight pipes the previous owner put on my 06 z06 to revert back to a stock exhaust off 08 z06. The car ran fine last night on the way home (about a 15 mile drive). This morning I ran up to a tire shop to get one of the tires patched and the instantaneous gas mileage is reading between 1-6mpg when under very pedestrian acceleration and only about 15-20mpg under coasting. Not sure what happened. Current (known) mods: vararam CAI, 102mm MAF, long tube headers and high flow catted x-pipe.
