Starter is around $400. Install probably ~3 hours.
Autozone lifetime warranty $110, ~2 hours in the garage to swap out.

I would check the nut on the solenoid. Had it work loose on my 08 Z06 and fall off. Started acting like a bad starter. replaced the nut with a lock washer starts like new.
