These long tube headers for your C6 Corvette Z06 come in two primary sizes and are offered with your choice of offroad or catted (with catalytic converters) connection pipes. The D-shaped flanges are matched to the LS7 engine's head. They also include a full 3-inch X-pipe and pipes to connect to your factory or aftermarket axle-back exhaust system. The installation kit includes all the pipes and hardware you will need such as O2 extensions, accuseal clamps, clamp/hanger assemblies, oil cooler lines, compression fittings, zip ties, etc. If you select the off-road system you'll have to somehow disable the rear O2 sensors, which is against federal law.
Installation is easier if you drop the front cradle and re-route the oil cooler lines, but this is not required, just a suggestion. For cars with head work or cam swaps, low boost superchargers, or NOS, the 1 7/8" size will work great. If you have heavy work done, the 2" is probably a better choice. The 2" version were dyno tested on a bone stock 2006 Z06 and picked up 29 rear wheel HP and 41 lb-ft of torque without tuning. When used with a Stainless Works aftermarket 3" exhaust, there was also a 40-pound weight savings over stock parts.
