Cseaman, we are having some issues with mine after the headwork and cam. Mine has a power dip starting at about 5600 rpm. The only thing different with my setup is that i still have cats. Do you know what length pushrods you got from BTR?
We are still running rich and this is on a Mustang Dyno, but I was expecting to see curves similar to yours.

We are still hammering mine out and have determined that I am seeing valve float at the resonant frequency of the system.
What springs did you go with? I have ones recommended by BTR .660 Platinum LS spring kit.
If you went with the BTR springs, can you see if they included shims and what size locators they put in the kit?
The locator that the my kit came with is .505" ID .045" Thick. I see that there is a selection for Bronze Guides that changes the Locator to .565" ID .060" Thick. My order also included .030 shims for stock guides. I believe I now have bronze guides and am guessing this discrepancy is very likely the cause of valve float.
I initially ordered the BTR cam and spring kit before I was aware of the valve guide issue which is why my order came with the locators and shims for the stock guides. Nobody, including myself thought to go back and verify locators and shims after the heads were fixed.
Hoping to get mine back soon...I did in the meantime decide to go with some ARH headers though

So, after a long nine months, seven of which consisted of C6Z ownership, I am finally home and got to pick up the car from Nick on Sunday afternoon.
The car is absolutely surreal. It is unbelievably drivable, while also being a ******* monster. I've kept TC on, because I don't want to end up youtube famous looping the car in the first week, but 2nd through 4th gear pulls are seriously insane. The cam is truly perfect for the car. I drove it from Manhattan to Birmingham yesterday, and it is insanely nice to drive on the freeway. 6th gear at 65 mph just lopes along, no surge or other issues.
I am literally just elated. I have already put over 1000 miles on it (it is now at 8XXX) and can't wait for the big trip I have planned in it this summer. After that, it is going to garage queen status with somewhere around 15k on it.
Nick pulled it down to LS with his duramax, which is just as gorgeous in real life as on here. Fiiiinally get to see the Z.
Nick was able to find some time to put most of the interior pieces in the car. Super happy I committed to these pieces. The DS Vettes console lid is perfect...last thing is to find a dealer to put the suede steering wheel in.
I ended up pulling the black vinyl off the b-pillar center, as it didn't flow well to me.
With my DD and motivation for silver on dark bronze.

Update:
I have clocked over 11,000 miles on the car in the 10 weeks since I have been home, and it's about to roll over 18k. It has been to 14 states, and probably seen 100 mph way too many times. All I have had to do is recharge the A/C and perform two oil changes. It has been a freaking riot and my happiness with the car is hard to put into words. Being able to drive a 630 hp car across the country with my best friend (from Manhattan to Austin, El Paso, Tucson, Las Vegas, and Denver) was an unforgettable experience.

Car looks great! Sounds great too! I've always liked royal colors on silver (gold, bronze, etc.) tends to create a clean look without too much flare.

Great to see you putting miles on your car and enjoying it! I have the same cam with a few extra goodies and it does drive exceptionally well, great setup. Enjoy it, looking/sounding good!

Have to reply here, too.
The car sounds amazing, as I said 'elsewhere,' it is wonderful that you are enjoying it and driving it like it was meant to be driven! Many of us, including myself, can take a lesson to enjoy these cars! You've got more miles than I do on my '96... pretty sad huh?
Glad it has such a good home. There's a reason you bought this car. Pretty cool!!

Nice results! I followed your build as I was planning mine. I also have the BTR stage 2 cam along with a Callaway CAI, Mamo ported tb, Mamo ported MSD intake, AHP street ported heads, and ARH 2'' headers. Mine made 543hp/487 torque-10hp and 13tq less than someone without any tb porting, no head porting, a stock intake manifold, and stock exhaust manifolds . Baseline was 469hp. Crazy how dynos can vary. DRM completed my build.

Baseline dyno was 469hp stock and it didn't leave Doug Rippie Motorsports until it was finished. I couldn't be happier with the mods I chose after reading thread after thread and all the guys that helped me along the way. It's my daily in the summer except when I go to work. It's actually depressing when I have to drive something else!

My car put 474whp down bone stock, which from what I understand is a little "high", just like my results after the build. Either way, it shows that extremely impressive gains can be made from the LS7 when you take a simple approach. It also left me with a very driveable car, as I'm sure yours is. I hope you're enjoying yours!
If you knew the conditions during the dyno testing, you could apply the SAE corrections to your STD numbers and have closer to "normal" results.

[QUOTE=cseaman;1593812555]Hello all, figured I'd go ahead and make a thread now that my car has had some work done on it and some results I figured I would share.
Love the wheels. what color did you go with? looks black on some and bronze on others lol.

Thanks - I went with a "matte dark bronze" from Forgestar and am actually not particularly happy with the finish. Forgestar lets their retailers outsource the powdercoating. I am having them redone in black chrome in October.
