Mine is really clean too. Just read that 400 grit sandpaper gives a good surface for the gaskets to grab on to.

I just cleaned mine and put the heads on. I don't have many miles on the new gaskets, but I haven't had any issues.

So it surges quite a bit but i really just use the car for racing and hardly drive it on the street. The heads are 21st but I believe are built by west coast.

if you want you can take a ride with me to see what im talking about. It surges in all gears at low rpms anything under 1500-2k but id take a surge for the power it puts down

GM MLS gaskets seal to anything. No need to be overly **** about surface prep. I was, but it doesn't need to be extreme. If you can't feel it but a piece of something is stuck to the deck or it's just a carbon stain, just move on to the next area.

WCCH does the heads for 21st century. Mine have the wcch engraving and job number on them. Nice pieces.

I also have a 21st GT-20 cam for sale if you are interested for a great price. Mine drove great and made great power as well. Its all in the tune

Its been pretty interesting ive been tracking it on really old tires and the car just wants to break loose in all gears. Ive been waiting on wheels for quite awhile now. Just sitting on new tires over here like
