Default My HCI Mamofied build

Hey guys,
So I've hooked up with Tony Mamo to do an HCI build. I just wanted to make sure I'm not missing anything. The car is a 2008 w/40k on it. Here is a list of the items I'm getting from Tony. I will be also adding 2" ARH exhaust w/cats. I also have a vararam intake and a ported throttle body already. Not sure if I need bigger injectors though. Also any other bolts I might need? I live in Cali so I'll be on 91 octane.

Sounds like a solid build What sort of lift are you going to run on the cam?

EDIT: You may want to start shopping for a clutch soon.

looks like a solid build. I went with a very similar build minus the mamo heads. 65cc combustion chambers and .040 cometic gaskets should put me around 12.2cr. I will be running 93 and e85.

Are you doing the work yourself?

I kinda want to go e85 but we will see where the 12.1 puts me. I am doing the work myself. The best part of owning a performance car is wrenching on it here is where I'm at right now

Here's my Mamo build parts list. The compression was ultimately increased to 12.4 to take advantage of the E85, but will still run on 93. We added an RPS BC2 carbon clutch( Tony said we will gain 8-10hp with the lighter clutch), and ported LS9 oil pump after this first invoice. Then I added a Lingenfelter E85 fuel pump module and ID850 injectors. I also bought a racetronix Hotwire kit, MSD 2351 boost a pump, and AEM 30-0333 OBD2 wideband to use with my hptuners. The goal from the beginning was 600 rear wheel with very good driveability. I'm in the process of installation now.

looks just like my build. Just noticed he put me down for a ls7 pump thought we were going ls9 also. Hmmm

Just do the flex fuel mod now if you can get e85 readily in your area. Lived in SoCal my whole life until very recent...91 is crap gas for your needs. As it is, you'll probably have to add a bottle of torco to tanks of 91...but that stuff coats everything with an orange film (most octane boosters do).

This guy put together a good list of what you need. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...post1593822443

Even if you don't have the injectors or pump to do what you need, you may want to lay the groundwork since you're in there. Just a thought...

This^^^^. They will pretty much make the same power (meth-e85). You will need bigger injectors, I'm around 570ish hp and my injector duty cycle is at 78% with LSA injectors.
