You have to tie the plug wires back and cut a small hole on the passenger side of the heat shied and it works perfectly. I used heavy duty velcro to hold the brackets in place.

I hate that word - Corvette tax. It implies that we come up with a number that we need to stay in business and then tack on some arbitrary amount because we know people will pay it. We sell them for what we need to sell them for to stay in business while still casting them and machining them here in Michigan. We pay our employees to machine them so they can have a career and healthcare for their families. I could have them cast and machined over in China I suppose. Then lay off our CNC machine shop workers and they can collect unemployment and go on Obamacare. But, I'd rather not do that. If I could sell them for half the price I would, because I would sell 10 times as many. But, we do have a market for people who would like a quality part cast and machined in Michigan by American workers, so we continue to sell them.

Thank you for a great response. I wish all American companies would use your business model. I think it's worth spending more for a much nicer product and, most of all, keeping good paying jobs right here in our country.

I moved the evap/purge valve that is mounted to the passenger side head back by the firewall, re-routed and hid all of the lines back to it. That got rid of those plastic lines that go over the throttle body which I think makes a huge difference. For the line that runs from the oil tank to the adapter hose for the throttle body and air bridge, I moved that down to the front of the Halltech filter. The PCV lines were hidden under the fuel rail along with the wiring harness for the injectors and coils.

Awesome! What kind and size of line did you use to replace the brittle factory plastic hoses? Looks like you were able to re-use the stock snap to connect fittings which is great.

I'm pretty sure it's 5/16 ID. But it's just rubber house that I got at the hardware store. It fits nice and tight over those snap connectors so you don't need any clamps.
