How are the stop techs compared to the carbo's for street use? Brake bite

They have similar bite - the Stoptech's have maybe even a bit more friction.

They are certainly less $$.

They make lots of brake dust though and we do get some judder issues with them.

Sorry I was not specific enough.

The Stoptech Sport pads are the 'original compound'. Good bite but dusty. Some judder issues.

The Stoptech Touring pads we got were reboxed Centric Posi-Quiets. Those are regular street pads.

I got the DBA 3000 series and beat the living hell out of them and not warped them at all or had any issue! Now just need a set for the rear!
