Stock alignment setting.

I really can't tell how many track days I should get out of them as I did not measure thread depth last night but just looking at them this morning I would guess 5 or 6.

Interesting. My cup2 are only going to make it 3 days, I think. A fair amount of street miles between them, though.

What drama do you speak of? Genuinely curious (I have the NT05Rs as well, 345/30/19).

Initially I started out at 30 psi cold and later dropped to 28 psi. Each session was 25 minutes long and tire pressure increased 6 psi per session. They are not loud. They did not get greasy. The computer did not complain. They stick like glue. I recommend you give them a try.

Hey Toyo did you like the free ad and will you send me a new set when I wear these out?
Chuck, where did you get the 345 rears? Tire Rack only shows 335.....

Nevertheless, I want to give them a try......my 888's got greasy enough that hot day that I packed it up early.

Still only shows 335 for 18-inch wheels.......but ya, if using 19 inch wheels 345 sizes are available at both Phil's and Tire Rack.

Well, that's timely... I'd really appreciate it if you'd come back here with your review. Or PM me, if you'd like.

Good luck, run hard, and keep the rubber side down

I run the R888R (and previously the R888) on my 1100WHP 6sp Supra. With boost-by-MPH dialed in they hook extremely well as long as the temps/roads are warm. I won't run anything else and will be getting a set for the ZR1 in the spring.

But the NT01 seem to run forever and once down to about 2 to 3 32nds of tread with two grooves left turn into EXTREMELY sticky race slicks. I love them when they get there. That's the sweet spot, and they are very sticky up to that point as well. I will probably grab a pair of R888R as my back-up set and try them with NASA next month.
what sizes nt01 were you running?
