A/F ratio?
Got the Kooks long tube headers in and put my wide band sensor in. Had the wide band in my big block Chevelle that had a Holley carb. Tuned the carb but don't remember any numbers and probably the LS7 will be slightly different. I just have headers, MSD intake and CAI. So what's some good numbers to go for at WOT and cruise. Idle is stoich at 14.7.

Power Enrichment for N/A engines like somewhere between 12.5-13.0. You don't gain much being on the leaner side of that range, so I'd shoot for 12.5-12.7.

Closer to 12.0 than 12.5, although I do all my tuning in units of Lambda.
To the OP, so long as you are in closed loop (which is 90 percent of the time) and the primary O2's are working and the engine is up to temp, you will always be at 14.7..
A lot of folks around here look for "free HP" by leaning out the factory tune.. Sure there are small gains to be had - is it worth the potential risks associated with that change? Not for me.
As a side note - if you have the stock cam, and depending on the CAI you have, you may find that your stock tune is very close already - in my build the MSD / Callaway CAI / Kooks headers seemed to have canceled each other out.. I did have to scale the MAF a bit when I put the CAI on, but that was pre MSD. Point being, you may (or may not) be too far off as a baseline.
