Noisy
Doesn't power on right away (vehicle may require more than one crank cycle or power on/off)
Vehicle stalls due to low fuel pressure
Won't keep up fuel pressure with demand
I'm sure there are more

Just to add, hesitation on demand (especially on an incline), lean A/F ratio at WOT and audible ping.
