Default Which heads? AI or WCCW for LS7

Well I'm pulling the plug in for sure doing a heads and cam package but I'm trying to decide which heads I should go with. AI or WCCW. I'm probably going to do it BTR 3 or 4 cam The compression up to 11.8. Goal is 600 to 620rwhp. I do have all the supporting mods but I might have to change that fast intake to at MSD.

Flip a coin, you won't be wrong either way with AI or WCCH.

Going from builds on this site, either one will get you to your goal, but the AI heads seem to put out just a bit more power with similar/same supporting mods.

If those are my only two choices....AI w/ RPM's B3 cam has proven over and over to make your HP goal.

Im sure WCCH has a fantastic head. I went with AI 280's and they have been great. My car makes over 600whp with Livernois Stage 3 cam, AI heads, FAST intake and long tubes. Havent had any issues with them and customer service has been great as well.

I can attest to this as I have both AI heads and a B3 cam. My B3 cam has less than 500 miles on it and it is going up for sale next week if anyone is interested.

Nope. I am sure that it would be fine for most people, but it is a little too aggressive for me.

Understood. What are you going with for replacement?

I have decided on a custom cam that Mamo spec'd for me.
236/250, .650/.650, 114+3

This should get me to 600whp or slightly more with my other mods.

My AI heads are great. I used the stock intake valves and had the exhaust valves replaced with the hollow Ferrea's.

His low and mid are insane!! Most set up are 300rwhp at 3500RPM and 500rwhp at 5000RPM. that's the pretty much standard on most set up's that I have seen. All different cams and heads are that average. He is at 350 and 550rwhp. Wow

Frankly, I don't know how much difference it makes, but keep in mind that was with E85.
