A LONG story about the best customer service you'll find
As some of you know back in February I was ripped off here on CF by a sh*tb@g named Branden Kelsoe AKA Mischievous.

I was sold a set of "freshly rebuilt and ported" heads from Craig Gallant's shop GTP-racing in Houston. Before purchasing the heads I tried multiple times to contact Craig Gallant personally to get the real deal on these heads and not just take the word of a forum member. Every time I contacted him he said he would get back with me later with the details but assured me that the heads had a fresh valve job and the guides were replaced and still in specs along with having a port job that supports 600+ HP. With that info I purchased the heads.
When I received the heads I was immediately skeptical of the work. Without the access to bore gauge that small I did a "wiggle" test using a dial indicator. They appeared to be way out of spec.

The seller vowed to make the sell right and offered to pay for the repairs or refund me. I opted to have them repaired at AHP. After sending the heads to Kohle at AHP for inspection he found that not only the guides were out of spec but also realized the both the intake and exhaust valve were destroyed. This is when Brandon Kelsoe fell off the earth and decided to stop answering any of my calls or texts. I tried getting a refund through PayPal and my bank but both fell flat. So there I was with 2500 dollar paper weights.
Now to the good part. After months and months of saving I could finally afford to get the work done on the heads. I opted for the AHP stage 4 with PM guides and CNC port job. I received them in the mail yesterday. These things are absolutely beautiful. But I did notice that the heads didn't seem to be my original heads. I contacted Kohle to see if in fact they were my originals and he explained that not only were the valves and guides trashed on those heads but the heads themselves were crap. The original port job from GTP was so bad that he couldn't get them to flow even to stock levels. He said that he would never let a product come out of his shop with his name on them flowing like that. So he replaced them with a core set he had. At no additional charge might I add. In this day and age you just don't find this type of customer service ANYWHERE. I am super grateful to Kohle and his team at AHP and would recommend his shop to anyone wanting not only top notch work but impeccable one on one customer service. I can't wait to get these installed and will keep you all posted on the results.

Team Owner
Good to hear, and doesn't surprise me one bit...Kohle is top notch. In fact, if there's another level above top notch, that's where he's at.

Nothing but great stories on here about him, and he somehow finds time to check in here once in a while to answer questions or give his experience, knowledge, has my business if I ever need a set done.
