I'm thinking it will be closer to 650 since it was a little overbuilt.

The lift is not the primary deciding factor in valvespring wear, it is the ramp rate of the lobe - how fast it gets there. A .650 lift cam with a mild lobe and the right spring can have little to no reduction in valvespring life vs an OEM setup.

Technology has advanced a lot in the last 20 years and I would not expect ANY hydraulic lobe to eat a set of quality springs in 15k miles. Even the more aggressive HR grinds are relatively mild off the seat compared to a solid roller. We are talking street cars here, not 8500rpm race motors that only see a few minutes of run time between rebuilds. If you are only getting 10-15k miles out of your valvesprings on a hydraulic roller street car then you are not running the correct parts.
I'm well aware of that but, I disagreeded with the premise that hydraulic cams rarely wear out springs. I said inspect and test at 10-15K miles, not replace. I've previously stated 20K miles on an aggressive hyd cam
