Build photos of my boosted Z!!
Car mods at the time of blowing. Heads cam exhaust and A&A v3 si trim making 670whp 608tq.
So earlier this year I went to a car show on January 1st. Before arriving to the show I stopped
to use the restroom. Got back to the car went to start and took forever to start and when it did nothing but white smoke out the exhaust. Went out to to check it out and all I could smell is the sweet smell of coolant!! FML at first I
thought maybe a blown head gasket but my temps never got that high for that to happen. So I popped the hood pulled the dipstick out and boom chocolate milk. Pushed the car over and seen oil and coolant mixed on the ground. Called AAA and got it towed straight to Synergymotorsports.

Rick at synergy was nice enough to meet me there and put my car in the shop on a Sunday New Year’s Day!!
later that week they pulled the heads off and noticed I cracked the #7 sleeve and damaged the piston as well and it was just full of mixed cooalant and oil. At this point I knew I needed a game plan and luckily I was putting money aside knowing I have have a boosted stock ls7 Incase the worst thing could happen I’d be ready for it. So we went ahead and ordered a ERL 427 sleeved superdeck 4 while they were still open for business.

Looks like we have to upgrade the breather system on this thing too it's want to push some oil without any kind of breathing capability. So we went and got a D3PE catch can system installed!!

The car is pretty much done now just needs some panels put on. Got a detailer going to the shop to do a full detail and paint correction on her than I need to get this girl shipped to me since I’m out in Kentucky now. Oh and yeah that’s still the baby V3 Vortech SI on the car. I decided to enjoy the power Where it’s at for a while before I make a leap to a bigger blower but at least the setup will be more than ready for it when that time comes. Due the smaller blower with the 10% lower and 3.8 upper we decided to leave it there and not overspin heat up and kill this baby head unit for now. Anyone want to guess the numbers before I post the results? I’m still waiting on the dyno graph oh and it was done on a dynopack system.
