Default Help with Bluetooth

I bought a 2010 3ZR ZR1, it is supposed to have Bluetooth but there are no steering wheel controls on the left side of steering wheel. I have build sheet so I know it’s a 3ZR but it doesn’t say anything about Bluetooth could use any input on this.

I wonder if you were rolled, and someone swapped the steering wheel..

I don't know what options/features came on a 2010 3ZR. But, if the options don't match what you believe to be correct, it might be time for a phone call to the party you purchased it from to garner more information. I know I wouldn't want a car without blue tooth, especially with a manual tranny. Best wishes for a favorable outcome.

A 3 ZR should have that feature. Do you have heated seats? This option was only available on the 3 ZR.

Is there any reference to Bluetooth and pairing instructions in your owners manual? You and the OP never mention your owners manual. On my 2012 w/3ZR there are clear instructions for Bluetooth and pairing. I did not experience any problems, but then mine is a different year.

Pairing a Phone 1. Press and hold push to talk button for two seconds. The system responds with “Ready” followed by a tone. 2. Say “Bluetooth”. The system responds with “Bluetooth ready” followed by a tone. 3. Say “Pair”. The system responds with instructions and a four digit PIN number. The PIN number will be used in Step 4. 4. Start the Pairing process on the cell phone that will be paired to the vehicle. Reference the cell phone manufacturers user guide for information on this process. Locate the device named “General Motors” in the list on the cellular phone and follow the instructions on the cell phone to enter the four digit PIN number that was provided in Step 3. 5. The system prompts for a name for the phone. Use a name that best describes the phone. This name will be used to indicate which phone is connected. The system then confirms the name provided. 6. The system responds with “<Phone name> has been successfully paired” after the pairing process is complete. 7. Repeat Steps 1 through 7 for additional phones.

OP said he doesn't have steering wheel controls for bluetooth. You can't pair it without connecting to it. OP check your options sticker in the glove box. It should have a 3ZR and UPF Wireless voice control. Like the others have mentioned, it should have Nav and a leather wrapped dash.If not it's a 1ZR car.
